Refund Policy

General Principle

PadelIQ is a digital service accessible immediately after subscription. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's agreement.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period:

  • For monthly subscriptions, your access remains active until the end of the current month
  • For annual subscriptions, your access remains active until the end of the current year

No Pro-rata Refund

No pro-rata refund is issued in case of cancellation during a billing period. You retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical issue making the service completely inaccessible for an extended period
  • Confirmed double billing
  • Error on our part in managing your subscription

Disputes

In case of a payment dispute, you may contact our customer service. If no amicable solution is found, you may refer to a consumer mediator in accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
