Data Collected

We collect the following data as part of the service:

• Email address (registration and login)
• Profile information (first name, last name, username, preferred hand, position)
• Padel match videos (submitted for analysis)
• Service usage data (analyses performed, scores, quizzes)
• Payment data (processed by Stripe; we do not store your banking details)

Purpose of Processing

Your data is used to:

• Provide and improve the AI video analysis service
• Manage your account and subscription
• Personalize your experience (quizzes adapted to your level)
• Communicate with you (support, service notifications)

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Analyzed videos are deleted immediately after processing for plans without archiving.

Cookies

PadelIQ only uses strictly necessary technical cookies for the operation of the service (authentication, session). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
