Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the PadelIQ service, an AI-powered padel match video analysis platform.

Service Description

PadelIQ offers the following services:

  • AI-powered padel match video analysis (personalized diagnosis, interactive timeline, tips and drills)
  • Themed quizzes adapted to the player's level (technique, positioning, decision-making, offense, defense, mental)
  • Progress tracking (Padel IQ score, spider map, analysis history)
  • Weekly video content from coaches and experts

Plans and Pricing

PadelIQ offers three subscription plans:

  • Starter: €7.99/month or €77.88/year (8 analyses/month, 3 quiz themes)
  • Pro: €15.99/month or €155.88/year (20 analyses/month, 6 quiz themes, video archive)
  • Expert: €34.99/month or €335.88/year (100 analyses/month, 6 quiz themes, video archive, partner benefits)

All prices are in euros (EUR), including all taxes.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Subscriptions are automatically renewed at each billing period (monthly or annual).

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date.

User Obligations

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Do not share your account with third parties
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Only submit videos for which you hold rights or sharing authorization

Liability

PadelIQ provides an AI-based analysis service. Tips and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and do not replace the advice of a professional coach. PadelIQ cannot be held liable for injuries or damages resulting from the application of the advice provided.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking legal action. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
